This information allows the client to send a series of emails reminding their subscribers to attend the upcoming event, along with a timely voice message from the event leader/presenter reminding registrants of the event date and time.
Increase Renewal Rate: The client uses 5Buckets to retrieve reports from the CRM or the back-end transactional database. Based on renewal date, a series of email communications, voicemails, and phone calls are performed up to the expiration and renewal conversion.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: The customer uses 5Buckets to retrieve a report of daily closed cases in customer’s CRM solution. An automated email is triggered to the customer with a survey attached, capturing the data back in CRM or within 5Buckets. Based on how each customer responds to the questions, tasks are routed throughout the organization for appropriate level follow-up.
Maintain Data Integrity: 5Buckets retrieves the report of hard bounces, creating a task in customer’s CRM solution for a specific individual or lead/contact owner to contact the subscriber via alternative methods. This allows the customer to update the contact’s information, mine possible new opportunities due to job change, and identify others within the organization who should also be receiving communications.
